So, I bought a used car and immediately noticed how gross the inside was. That prompted me to do a Google search for auto detailers near me. The one that stood out was Thank You Details. They had all 5-star reviews (and now I see why). I went to the site to see if I could book something soon but ended up just calling the concierge line instead. The lady I spoke to was amazing. The customer service I received was unlike anything I've experienced in a while. She was patient and knowledgeable. She helped me schedule something that met my needs and got Mark and Eric out to see me right away. Mark was friendly and (thank you) detail-focused (see what i did there). He took the time to walk me around my car to point out any possible problem spots with my vehicle (inside and out) BEFORE he even touched my SUV. I was immediately impressed. I see why they are called Thank You Details because that's all I was saying to Mark whenever I went to peek at the progress. He was understanding of my concerns and gave me whatever updates I needed to feel confident and comfortable with his process. I HIGHLY recommend Thank You Details. I don't have very high standards or a very nice car, but I've been using my car more than usual these last few months and it was in need of a cleaning. I've never had my car cleaned professionally and usually do it myself, but I figured this was a good time to find a professional. Booking an appointment was extremely easy. When I arrived for my appointment, I was surprised to see the simplicity of their setup outside of Arundel Mills mall but was welcomed warmly and professionally by one of their team members and bounced into the mall to hang out while they took care of my vehicle. Upon returning to see my vehicle, despite it being quite dark out already, I could plainly see that they highly exceeded my expectations. I'm convinced that the car wasn't even that clean when it was manufactured and certainly not as long as my family has owned it. While walking me through their work, there was a window smudge that I told them was none of my concern but they couldn't consider the possibility of not cleaning it up. They literally couldn't help themselves. They had to do it perfectly. That commitment and love for their craft is hard to find. They also performed some complementary cleani

Absolutely wonderful customer service & my vehicles are PERFECT when I leave! I've had 2 vehicles detailed with Thank you Details & worth every cent especially adding an extra tip after I see the job well done!

I have never had someone put so much effort and care into cleaning my car. It still smells like a new car 3 days later! I highly recommend this business. What's really nice is while they spend time taking care of your car you can hang out in the mall.

I made a 10-hour road trip to the area and was searching for a detail service to wash the bugs off my car. I found the team over at Arundel Mills and what I ended up getting was attention to detail, absolute professionalism, and customer service. The team's service was outstanding. You can tell they enjoy what they do and it showed. They took their time to ensure my vehicle was detailed to a high standard. Before handing the car over they will always do a thorough walk through with you to make sure your standard was met. Next time I'm up here, I'm coming back.
